I have worked with Local Care Force since 2012. I have always found Steph and Tim, who supply us with support workers to be very professional, supportive and pro-active. Adam and Katie source the registered nurses for our service and always strive to ensure that the people who use our service have a competent and enthusiastic member of staff leading the shifts. We are supplied with consistent staff to allow a continuity of care and work well as part of the team. If for what ever reason any issues have been raised about any LCF staff then this is dealt with swiftly and appropriately by all at the LCF office.
