Local Care Force understands the importance of all our candidates. We meet everyone face to face during the application process so we can get to know you and understand the kind of work you're looking for. We can help in most instances but we will always give you an honest response if we can't.

We don't waste time getting you ready for work!

While we are waiting for your references and CRB check to be returned, we can organise any training you may need before starting work with us, such as First Aid and Moving & Handling - and it won't cost you a penny!

Minimum training simply isn't enough for our professionals!

We also offer many professional development courses, including; Physical Intervention, Autism Awareness, Professional Boundaries and the Mental Health Capacity Act, so you can feel confident that you have all the necessary skills to hit the ground running in your new placements with us.

Preparing you to work with us

We believe it's important for each of our candidates to have a detailed induction before they start work, as it helps you to know what to expect of us and what is expected of you. Consistency of work place!

Once you've started working with us, your dedicated consultant will do everything in their power to make sure you have consistent work at a site where your skills are best placed and appreciated. We understand that consistency is important for you just as it is to the people we support. By offering you ongoing work, you are able to build stronger relationships with the people you support.
