Our ‘Address Your Stress’ mental health initiative has been nominated in two categories – ‘Best Diversity and Inclusion Initiative’ and ‘Best Wellbeing and Staff Engagement Initiative’… and we’re also in the running for the BEST UK EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR!
These awards mean so much because they specifically recognise the efforts made by employers to support the nursing and midwifery workforce – something we’re incredibly passionate about (and to top it all off we’re the only non-NHS organisation to be shortlisted!)
