Many of us have been touched personally by mental illness, and many of us work with or in a mental health setting. Mind offer essential support to those with a mental illness and their families too. For that reason we are looking to raise cash for them by taking part in Total Warrior in August.
20 of the Local Care Force team are taking part in what is titled the pinnacle of obstacle racing which includes:
30 Punishing Obstacles
10 Tons of Ice
100 Tons of Mud!
